Job Applicants and Former Employees

When you apply for a job with us or are a former employee, we may have collected Personal Information that California categories as “sensitive” due to the nature of this information (“Sensitive Personal Information”). The types of Sensitive Personal Information that we may collect from you may include information necessary to conduct a background check, such as social security numbers as well as information necessary to provide you with work accommodations and employment, including knowing about health conditions or protected class information such as disabilities and financial information. We do not use your Sensitive Personal Information for other reasons than those for which it was collected. CCPA/CPRA Requests

Requests to access or delete Personal Information may be made emailing [email protected]. Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may only request access or deletion of Personal Information twice in any 12 month period. Your request must contain a valid email address and describe within sufficient detail such that we may evaluate and respond to such request. We will not respond to requests without a verifiable email address.
